Applepump

pg ahad tu plak..aku saje nk ubah rs protien (ikan) + karbohidrat (bubur nasi).... so aku wat puree utk super bb aku... labu n apple....selain labu kaya dgn khasiat yg tersendiri...apple pun kte sedia mklum rich in Fiber, Vit A, Bco , C dan antioksidan spt betakarotena

rebus labu + apple cam bese till empuk... air jgn bnyk sgt...jgn biarkan epal yg dipotong terdedah lama sebab boleh menyebabkan antioksidan mudah terbebas ke udara bile dh dipotong.. so agak2 air dh mendidih terus masukkan epal...Labu awal2 lg aku dh masukkan ..cos dia keras sket...


then blend it...kehalusan ikut kesesuaian BB..cm aku..Mr. SO (en. abg SO) so strict ... dia mmg blend kasi hancur... wen la i can introduce nasi lembek to my super bb...huh!!!
haloo mr. SO... our super BB oredi 9mons!! kte shud praktis him nasi lembek..yg dipenyek2...mm xpela mmg aku ade konflik sket wit Mr. SO regardng ths matter...pening pk..hah bia la...lets his father decide....as long my super bb wanna 2 eat.. kire ok....so far mmg dia suke mkn....

mmm licin... nyum2...abes afiqdhani mkn... sedap ..aku pn try!!! bau pun besh!!!! wangi......

my opinion if wanna makes it more thicker put some BM or kentang kot...secara teknikalnyer aku xtau bp calories d bb gain if mkn ths puree...tp if rs nk kenyang kan lg shud put some sweet potato rebus skali.....
so ths time , 3rd time dh super bb mkn labu... so next 3days plak apple will b d raw material beside ikan salmon.. so after next 3 days dh kena figure out wat type of menu plak...thnkn bout avocado plakk.. mmmm...
